What should I bring with me to the office?

In case of certification:

• Company extracts or certificates: identity card (passport) and address card, company registration number or tax number;
• Signature Specimen: identity card (passport) and address card, company registration number or tax number, in case of social or non-governmental organizations the deed of foundation or the judicial warrant;
• Signature certification: identity card (passport) and address card, plus the document you would like to sign before the notary;
• Certified Copies: identity card (passport) and address card, plus the original document from which you would like to have a certified copy;
• Land certificates: identity card (passport) and address card, plus the topographical number of the real property.

In case of a notarial deed:

• Identity card (passport) and address card, personal identification number and tax card;
• Company registration number or tax number;
• In case of a real property the topographical number;
• In case of movable property the catalogue number or frame number, or other identifying thread-mark.

In case of an inheritance hearing:
Identity card (passport) and address card, personal identification number and tax card;
The original bills of the funeral and piety costs;
In case there is a motorized vehicle in the heritage the registration book of the vehicle.
